Hello loves,

I am finally in Italy!

After a long summer working 50 hours a week, I finally get a break! I am in Italy for around 12 days. It has been absolutely beautiful so far. It was not easy getting here – it was a long day of traveling with over 10 hours flying with a layover in Frankfurt. I wanted to look cute but also wanted to feel comfortable because I planned on sleeping the majority of my trip.

I chose to wear an inexpensive casual dress, from Aritzia for only $25, with a cozy hoodie tied around my waist, that I can easily put on for when I actually got on the plane. You don’t have to take off your shoes for international flights, unless you are going through the U.S security, so I went with my super comfortable Adidas that match my new Aritizia dress. I planned on bringing these shoes for walking in Italy anyway and they are quite heavy in my luggage so it was the perfect choice to wear them for the flight. I finished the look with my white hat and my Ted Baker bag for my carry on and it made the whole outfit look chicer. I absolutely love my Ted Baker bag for its look and its versatility – I get so much use out of it. It immediately makes an outfit more fabulous but is also practical for traveling. It held my laptop, a book, my camera, wallet and other things I needed.

My Mom’s Nannie (grandmother) always dressed up to travel – I love that so this time I tried to glam up my go-to leggings and a sweater and it felt great!

Love,

Lolo
